Today, the Diocese is asking all Parishes to have a special collection for our seminarians and their training. This year we have SIX young men in training, which is the highest for a number of years. And their 6 or 7 years at Seminary cost about £30,000. Special Gift Aid envelopes available for this excellent cause.

These cards have all been purchased wholesale from other charities and wholesalers, and are discontinued lines, Now we are selling them for our Michael “Whatever!!” Appeal.

Starts next Friday, 7th October at 4.00 p.m. in the Church. There are 6 training sessions and they will last for approx 30 minutes. Any boy or girl who has made 1st Holy Communion is most welcome to train as an Altar Server: no upper age limit! YOUR PARISH NEEDS YOU !
